• Business data: Information you voluntarily provide about your business, including revenue figures, product names, target audience, and business goals. This may also include sales data uploaded via CSV files.
• Sales call recordings: Audio or video files you upload for analysis. These files are processed to generate transcripts and analysis reports and are not stored on our servers after processing is complete.
• Usage data: Information about how you use our platform, including features accessed, actions taken, and session timestamps.
• Payment information: Billing and subscription information processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Straktus platform and its features.
• Generate AI-powered analysis, strategy recommendations, and marketing content personalized to your business.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails related to your account, such as payment confirmations and account notifications.
• Respond to your support inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our service.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your business data and call recordings are used solely to generate outputs for your own Straktus workspace.

3. Third-Party Services

To operate our platform, we share limited data with the following trusted third-party services:

• Anthropic: We use Anthropic's Claude AI models to generate analysis reports, strategy recommendations, and marketing content. Your data is transmitted to Anthropic's API for this purpose and is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI: We use OpenAI's Whisper model to transcribe sales call recordings. Audio data is transmitted to OpenAI's API for transcription and is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: We use Supabase to store your account data, business data, and generated content. Data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Stripe: We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Retention

• Sales call recordings: Deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. Transcripts and analysis reports are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account.
• Account and business data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
• Payment records: Retained as required by applicable law and Stripe's data retention policies.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Your data stored in our database is protected using industry-standard security measures provided by Supabase.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this directly from your account settings.
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Opt-out: Opt out of any marketing communications at any time.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

Straktus is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Straktus after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
